Service Agreement
Service Guarantee: Coreniq offers a refund for Webhosting payments made. This applies within 7 days of the order. Virtual servers, dedicated servers, domain names, reseller hosting, and other services are not eligible for refunds. Refunds under the 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee will be processed within 21 business days. Resellers have the right to terminate the memberships of their users. Arbitrary refund requests are not considered. Coreniq Network Services is responsible for keeping the hosted server and other services operational from the order date until the end of the ordered period. This responsibility will be voided in case of violation of the following rules, and the service will be suspended.
Payment:
All services provided by Coreniq Network Services must be paid in full in advance to be activated. Additionally, if the payment date coincides with weekends or holidays, payments must be made on the last business day before the weekend or holiday. Coreniq Network Services’ customer tracking system is fully automated. Any service that has not been paid for within 1 hour of the payment due date will be automatically suspended. If payment is not made within 4 hours after suspension, all user information will be deleted from Coreniq Network Services servers. Coreniq Network Services cannot be held responsible for any data loss caused by such situations. In case of delayed payment for any service, Coreniq Network Services reserves the right to suspend other services of the user and to not resume services until the payment is made. If payment is not made, Coreniq Network Services also reserves the right to suspend domain usage and seize the domain. For services paid via PayPal, the total amount is calculated in USD.
Domain Names:
All domains registered through Coreniq Network Services are registered according to the information provided by the customer at the time of registration. The customer is fully responsible for the use of the domain names. Coreniq Network Services will send reminder emails to customers as the domain expiration date approaches. However, it is the customer's responsibility to track the expiration date. Coreniq Network Services is not responsible for any domain losses due to expiration.
System Usage:
Customers who purchase web hosting and reseller hosting services from Coreniq Network Services agree to share the same server with other customers. If any customer’s website consumes server resources in a way that negatively affects the performance of other customers' websites, Coreniq Network Services reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the website. In such cases, Coreniq Network Services may request the customer to move the website to another server. Coreniq Network Services has the right to decide whether or not to refund in such cases, and the customer accepts all decisions made in this regard in advance.
Backup:
Coreniq Network Services performs weekly and monthly backups of all web hosting and reseller hosting accounts. However, Coreniq Network Services is not obligated to make backups at any time. The customer is responsible for backing up their own data. Coreniq Network Services is not responsible for any data loss due to failure to back up.
Illegal Usage:
Services provided by Coreniq Network Services cannot be used for any illegal purposes, nor can they support such activities. Coreniq Network Services has the right to investigate and suspend any illegal activities or suspicious use.
Threats/Danger:
Any harmful objects published (via email, uploads, etc.) using Coreniq Network Services are the responsibility of the customer. Coreniq Network Services has the authority to intervene and suspend the account in such cases.
Fraud:
Any actions aimed at deceiving individuals, including adding/removing or modifying any object to mislead others, are considered fraud and are strictly prohibited. Using the names of individuals or companies to conduct fraudulent activities is absolutely forbidden.
Cheating:
Products, parts, or services purchased and sold fraudulently using Coreniq Network Services are considered fraudulent, and necessary legal actions will be taken.
Email/News Spam:
Any email or news that is used for malicious purposes and prevents others from using their email addresses will result in account suspension. Coreniq Network Services will not tolerate any spam, especially in the form of emails, news, or content hosted on web hosts.
Access:
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, requesting access, or entering with authorized credentials to steal others’ information is strictly prohibited by Coreniq Network Services. This constitutes a violation of security principles and will result in account suspension.
Brand Privacy Violations:
Using Coreniq Network Services to violate the privacy policies of any company or individual, use patents, or publish unauthorized images and music is strictly prohibited.
Collection of Personal Data:
It is forbidden to collect personal data without the consent of the individual through Coreniq Network Services.
Unsafe Behavior:
Using Coreniq Network Services to interfere with others' business and network operations (such as DDOS, trojans, viruses, etc.) is strictly prohibited. Legal actions will be taken against users identified engaging in such behavior.
Virus Distribution:
Distributing software that contains viruses or may damage or negatively affect information stored by individuals or companies is strictly prohibited.
Proprietary Software:
Unauthorized or illegal use of proprietary software is grounds for account suspension.
Site Content:
All sites hosted on Coreniq Network Services’ servers must comply with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Hosting content that violates Turkish laws, including hacking or warez sites, is strictly forbidden. Coreniq Network Services reserves the right to suspend services without notice in such cases.
Server Usage:
The customer is fully responsible for the contents of the server provided by Coreniq Network Services. Hosting IRC servers and warez files on Coreniq Network Services' servers is strictly forbidden. In the event such content is discovered, Coreniq Network Services reserves the right to terminate the server without warning. Spamming on our servers is strictly prohibited.
Server Management:
Coreniq Network Services is responsible for hardware and network support for all servers it provides. However, the management of the server and the software installed on the server is the customer’s responsibility. All customers of Coreniq Network Services are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
